"i have the right to revoke your character if you violate my TOS" actually legally you do not. the sale is final and all rights now belong to the person who bought the adopt. you can't do shit if they violate the TOS lol. that's like Walmart looking into your house and taking something from you because you're "using it wrong" besides that, if someone does something that's against your TOS, they have ways of hiding it. toyhouse has a setting where only you or only authorized users can see stuff. therefore if the adopt seller is not authorized, they cannot see if you have "violated" their TOS. thank you for coming to my TED talk
